Director of Clinical Operations (Oncology)
75,000 - 86,000 depending on experience + car allowance
*Leading global Pharmaceutical firm, based in Hertfordshire, currently require a Director of Clinical Operations to be office based with up to 2 days from home*
One of the leading Pharmaceutical firms, based in Hertfordshire, currently require a Director of Clinical Operations to join their clinical development team to be responsible for the provision of medical oversight and input through phases 1-3 on all Oncology studies.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Director of Clinical Operations with a years experience from a CRO looking to move into a Pharmaceutical environment, alternatively an individual from a medium pharmaceutical looking for a bigger challenge.
Responsibilities;
Oversight of clinical project teams
Create, implement and direct clinical research plans and programs adhering to the established design principles.
Lead the development of Clinical Protocols, meeting CDP objectives
Create and implement new strategies to target, monitor and resolve issues in the clinical trials/programmes
Pilot the execution of the study from Study concept to final report
Oversight of budgetary allocations
Required skills;
Minimum 1-year experience as Director of Clinical Operations
Extensive Oncology knowledge and experience
Thorough knowledge of first in man trials from phase 1-3
Clinical Trial design and execution
Line management experience
