Chef de Partie
Sunninghill, Ascot
37.5 hours per week
GBP26,000 per annum PLUS overtime + Free Accommodation (first 6 months)

The Role of Chef de Partie
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team. We can promise plenty of variety, cooking fresh food ranging from a brasserie restaurant to a caf??, a care centre and also for a range of special events. This includes everything from bulk production through to a la carte. As well as cooking a variety of meals, you will learn about dysphagia and how you can help our residents with their requirements including creating nutritional healthy options. As a Chef you will assist the Executive Head Chef / Second Chef and you will provide a high quality service, contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the catering service.
About you
You will have experience working within a fast paced kitchen along with excellent cooking skills and have a passion for food. You will have a creative flair when it comes to new ideas as well as being able to work as part of a team and working under pressure. This includes the ability to stay calm and not get flustered during a busy service. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of HCAAP, food hygiene (Level 2) and Health & Safety. Ideally you will have a City & Guilds 706 level 1 & 2/equivalent NVQ or relevant experience.
