Join our client at this exciting time in their history. Already a leading provider of housing and support services across the Midlands, London and South East, they are about to invest GBP1 million on new jobs that will make a real difference to their customers and where they live.

This additional spend will be used to create posts that will be directly linked to improvements in their services to make sure their customers see and benefit from these changes.

They are looking for 4 Neighbourhood Coordinators to join or team in Leicester reporting to the Neighbourhood Team Manager. In the role you will;

• Act as their ambassador, building positive relationships with residents to ensure their homes and local communities are desirable places to live.
• Take responsibility for a neighbourhood, liaising with other colleagues to aim for 'right first time' resolution of tenancy and estate issues and to lead on building positive communities within their neighbourhood.
• Complete regular visits to tenants during their Starter Period to encourage positive relationships within their neighbourhood and across their services.
• Build strong links with residents and the communities through mobile working, aiming to spend at least 70% of time out in the neighbourhood
• Lead on community investment and resident involvement work in your neighbourhood utilising support from the resident involvement team.
• Work closely with the estate services team to deliver effective contractor monitoring and swift resolution to environmental issues such as graffiti and rubbish removal.
• Identify and refer safeguarding concerns, vulnerable residents, abuse, exploitation and updates on anti-social behaviour to the Tenancy Solutions team.

The nearest event will be happening on the 19th January 2019 from 9:30am - 12:00 pm at 3 Bede Island, Leicester, LE2 7EA. However they will also be holding events in their offices in Walton-on-Thames on the 12th January and London (SE1) on the 17th January if you wish to also attend these.
