We have a great opportunity for a talented Director of Quality Assurance to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. Thanks to our numerous locations across the UK, we are flexible to where this role is based, but travel both in the UK and internationally will be required. With a salary of up to GBP90,000 plus bonus, you will have to the opportunity to grow and develop your career with a leading global business process outsourcer (BPO) committed to your success and development.

The Director of Quality Assurance will lead the UK, South Africa and India to a standard quality assurance framework providing oversight and support to the operation. With a proven track record of designing, delivering and embedding quality assurance within large and complex business units, you must also have experience of working with a financial services organisation. You should also hold a working knowledge of FCA principles and ISO9001.

You will deliver and implement the strategy and methodology for quality assurance, focusing on supporting 1st and 2nd line quality monitoring. You will also implement a quality assurance program to meet regulatory requirements demonstrating the benefits of our strategy and agreeing a framework for each campaign.

Through the use of continuous improvement methodologies you will identify and drive improvements in the current operating model raising the bar to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will also provide regular insights to understand areas of opportunity and excellence.

In order to succeed, you should have experience of working within a fast paced environment across multiple campaigns/clients together with budget responsibility, senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively maximise team capacity and capability against requirements.
