If yes, staff-finda in Winchester want you to join their recruitment team as they look to build a bank of flexible workers to keep up with the fluctuating demand for the recruitment services we provide. You don't need any previous recruitment experience as we will provide full training.

The role will suit you if you are looking for part time or casual work and can be flexible with the hours you work each week. It would work well as a supplement to a current part time position while giving your alternative work experience. You might be a university student or someone who simply wants to earn some extra money by working in an office environment with flexible hours. This is a great alternative to casual work in bars, restaurants or shops. It's also fantastic experience if you are a student or someone looking to further their career by gaining office experience as it will develop lots of essential skills for your future chosen career.

You will work closely with our account managers and resourcers to help find the best candidates for our customers vacancies. You will learn how to find and interview candidates and get a real insight into the recruitment industry. If this becomes your passion you may even end up as one of our Graduates next year.

The work is fast paced so we need people who are confident and happy working hard by talking to lots of candidates about various types of job opportunities that our customers are recruiting. You don't need any previous recruitment experience just a positive and confident attitude and ability to be flexible around the hours you can work.

This is a flexible working relationship as we can't guarantee set hours or days. We need flexible people who we can contact weekly with any hours available and they will give us the time they can commit to. Work can be carried out between the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 7.30pm with the possibility of Saturday hours too.

We need to hire up to 10 people for these positions so will run an introduction session in the 2 nd week of December for you to learn about the business and for us to get to know you. We will then kick off training in January. Please share with any friends or family who may be interested as we are keen to meet as many people as possible who might be interested.

If successful you would be paid monthly for the hours you work.
