  • Oversee and manage technology build teams delivering Banking Payments in the EMEA region
  • Work with business partners to construct and manage teams budgets
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify business / project objectives
  • Ensure decisions or any other constraints affecting the delivery of projects in the portfolio are effectively escalated and addressed
  • Maintains and facilitates the alignment, prioritization, and pacing of projects with the teams, including enabling and timely resolution identification of cross-functional risks to major initiatives.
  • Ensures all required data for making portfolio decisions is complete and available for decision-making, collaborating with other team or partnering entities to do so.
  • Ensuring teams and transparently reporting project portfolio information to executive management, and key stakeholders.
  • Builds and manages strong working relationships through excellent communication, customer service, and work product delivery.
  • Support team in facilitating feedback between governance committees, corporate PMOs, and other departments throughout the company striving for continuous process improvement.
  • Create an environment that breeds trust and collaboration with others. Exhibit a strategic business focus with a customer-focused perspective.
  • Recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them.
  • They must make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsor; conducts periodic briefings/status updates.
  • Serve as single point of contact for portfolio level issues / questions.
  • Represents end to end service delivery to the key stakeholders for the systems covered.
  • Build an effective, efficient team to deliver technology, taking into account people growth, work loads and the goals of the technology and business management
  • Will be responsible for setting strategy for the EMEA payments platforms, working in conjunction with other regional app owners to minimize duplication of efforts and look for application synergies to drive single technology solutions.
  • Will be responsible working with the wider Banking Technology teams to help define and drive strategic migration and adoption opportunities for EMEA payments platforms to the strategic technology stack.

  • Senior level experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
  • Strong knowledge of all systems used by the JPMChase technology community to fund, manage and engage resources for the execution of the portfolio of projects. (WRM, B2P, Business Case Tool, Clarity, Datamart, Beeline, SPARC, PRIME) would be beneficial.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups and teams
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • Proven experience keeping projects/programs on time and within budget
  • Ability to present metrics to key stakeholders
  • Experience in working with Outside Service Providers
  • Listening and gathering customer/user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and preparing quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders
  • Strong familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the JPMC community
  • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering Environment
  • Extensive Vendor management experience, negotiation, finance etc.
