Brook Street are recruiting for a hugely successful company based in Sleaford, who require friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service staff to assist them through their peak period covering Valentine`s and Mother`s Day.

Working for a committed company in an enjoyable environment you will be required to offer outstanding customer service to customers over the phone.

The Person:
" Excellent telephone manner
" Good standard of keyboard skills
" Outstanding customer service skills
" Able to work as part of a team
" Ability to pick up in house computer systems

These positions are initially temporary but there are opportunities for permanent roles for the right candidate.

The shifts cover 5 days over 7 between the hours of 7am and 10pm on a full time basis - Flexibility is a must.
