Join PA Housing at this exciting time in our history. Already a leading provider of housing and support services across the Midlands, London and South East, we are about to invest £1 million on new jobs that will make a real difference to our customers and where they live.

This additional spend will be used to create posts that will be directly linked to improvements in our services to make sure our customers see and benefit from these changes.

We are looking for a Tenancy Fraud Coordinator to join our team in Walton on Thames reporting into the Tenancy Solutions Team Manager.  The role will involve working across our South region, including London with potential regular working from our London office.  In the role you will;

• Work with colleagues across all operational teams to prevent and detect tenancy fraud; special focus on working with Lettings, Neighbourhoods, Income and Repairs
• Engage with partner agencies to ensure that a joined up approach is taken in dealing tenancy fraud and criminal activities.
• Lead on all aspects of the recovery of properties where tenancy fraud has been committed
• Use intelligence proactively to identify and investigate tenancy fraud and to counter fraud activity
• Work with solicitors and partner agencies to share evidence and information and to prepare witness statements in relation to cases requiring legal action.
• Attend civil and criminal courts as required to give evidence as appropriate
• Promote fraud awareness and relevant training to colleagues

To learn more about this role we will be holding recruitment events during January 2019 where members of the Housing services team will be available to discuss this and other vacant roles on offer.

The nearest event will be happening on the 12th January 2019 from 9:30am – 12:00 pm at Case House, 85 – 89 High Street, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 1DZ. However we will also be holding events in our offices in Leicester on the 19th January and London (SE1) on the 17th January if you wish to also attend these.
