Join PA Housing at this exciting time in our history. Already a leading provider of housing and support services across the Midlands, London and South East, we are about to invest £1 million on new jobs that will make a real difference to our customers and where they live.

This additional spend will be used to create posts that will be directly linked to improvements in our services to make sure our customers see and benefit from these changes.

We are looking for 3 Neighbourhood Coordinators to join our team in London reporting into the Neighbourhood Team Manager.  In the role you will;

• To act as PA Housing’s ambassador, building positive relationships with residents to ensure their homes and local communities are desirable places to live.
• Taking responsibility for a neighbourhood, liaising with other colleagues to aim for ‘right first time’ resolution of tenancy and estate issues and to lead on building positive communities within their neighbourhood.
• Complete regular visits to tenants during their Starter Period to encourage positive relationships within their neighbourhood and across PA Housing services.
• Build strong links with residents and the communities through mobile working, aiming to spend at least 70% of time out in the neighbourhood
• Lead on community investment and resident involvement work in your neighbourhood utilising support from the resident involvement team.
• Work closely with the estate services team to deliver effective contractor monitoring and swift resolution to environmental issues such as graffiti and rubbish removal.
• Identify and refer safeguarding concerns, vulnerable residents, abuse, exploitation and updates on anti-social behaviour to the Tenancy Solutions team.

To learn more about this role we will be holding recruitment events during January 2019 where members of the Housing services team will be available to discuss this and other vacant roles on offer.

The nearest event will be happening on the 17th January 2019 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at Third Floor, Pentagon House, 52 – 54 Southwark Street, London, SE1 1UN. However we will also be holding events in our offices in Walton-on-Thames on the 12th January and Leicester on the 19th January if you wish to also attend these.
