Our client, a highly successful employer based in Newry, are seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a new team/client in January 2019

We are seeking CV's from applicants who are passionate about customer service. The role is telephone based and our client is willing to provide all the relevant support and training to candidates that don't have telephone experience.
You will be working for an exciting and innovative Market Leading Energy company, providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls however our client also requires some up-selling and promotion of add-on products during these calls.
Our client has advised us that there is full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday.
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £7 for ages 18- 24 and £7 for 25+, you will be paid on a weekly basis for your first 12 weeks and then transfer to our client on a permanent basis on your 13th week.
