We are looking for a Charge Management Team Leader to join our team reporting to the Charge Management Team Manager. Some of the duties will include you to;

• Represent Housing Services working with the PA Finance team to ensure the preparation, calculation, processing and communication of the annual service charge reviews and provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders
• Lead on investigating variances where required to include in depth scrutiny of external management charges
• Get verifications of service charges for PA’s properties to ensure correct charges are applied and income is maximised
• To produce accurate and meaningful accounts commentary analysing in the month and year to date variances against budget and projection
