Bridge McFarland are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing department based at our Hull branch.
Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Opening and Closing files
- Preparing initial quotes
- Audio transcription
- Photocopying and printing
- Progression of matters, under supervision, using case management
Excellent secretarial and administration skills are required, as well as client handling skills. The ability to work to a tight deadline is necessary. 2-3 Years experience in a similar role is preferred.
