Job Title: Employee Support Specialist

Location: Southampton

Salary: £17,750 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

They are a fast-moving technology business undergoing rapid growth, and are one of the leading providers of employee benefits solutions to employers. To help them on their quest to deliver and be the best, they need the most brilliant people out there on board… that's where you come in!

They are looking for positive and customer orientated individuals to answer inbound calls from their clients and employees. The role will involve resolving any queries relating to their flexible benefits packages via phone, post, or email and carrying out related administration.

You'll need a positive approach to customer service and have a history of exceeding expectations to deliver the fantastic service that they pride themselves on. You'll be a real people person and multi-tasking comes naturally to you, so you're probably spinning plates whilst reading this ad.

Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal, equally your passion to deliver an outstanding service and ability to build relationships is just as important.

You'll also receive the following:

  • 25 days' holiday (plus your birthday off!)
  • Healthcare, Income Protection, Life Assurance and access to our own award-winning online benefits scheme

So, if you fancy joining a workplace which strives to make a difference, moves at lightning speed and is a little bit unique, they would love to hear from you.

They know that everyone has commitments outside of work, and they don't want anyone to feel they're not able to apply to come and work for them based on the hours they are able to work. They have people working all kinds of working patterns to fit around childcare, public transport, and even their Wednesday evening football match!

If you're not looking for full-time working hours, then come and chat and they will do their best to agree a working pattern with you that works for both you and the business.

They recognise that great work is all about what you deliver for the organisation… not the hours you're in the office.
