From £9.75 per hour depending on shifts and site

Our client now has a number of Driver opportunities available for both 7.5 tonne and Class 2 based from our Brixton depot and across London and the South East. They have several opportunities which include doing mornings, afternoons, and covering sickness and holidays.

With knowledge of Drivers hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph compliance and experience of carrying out safety checks, vehicle defect reports, time sheets and fuel logs, you will be the last point of call between our client and their customers and so you must be customer focused and flexible in your working hours.

In return they offer excellent rates of pay and can provide a set rota and shift pattern (for some routes), although flexibility and the ability to work overtime is preferred.

All that they ask is that you hold a 7.5 tonne or Class 2 licence, a driver CPC and ideally have some driving and laundry experience.  Please note that the job is of a physical nature, delivering and collecting cages of linen and sometimes may involve some bag work and you will be expected to pass our in-house driver assessment upon appointment.
