We are currently recruiting for an evening receptionist to join our Helpzone team here at South Devon College.  Operating as part of the frontline customer-facing team across the college, your role is to provide a welcoming and professional service during the evenings, offering outstanding customer service and impartial information to all students and visitors.  You will work with colleagues to ensure that all enquiries are recorded and responded to efficiently and appropriately.

The successful candidate will need to hold level 2 English and maths (GCSE grade C or equivalent) and be able to provide evidence of continued professional development.  Experience working with members of the public in a frontline capacity is essential, along with experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.  We are looking for someone with a happy, friendly and welcoming disposition, with strong administration and organisational skills.
