SENIOR SCIENCE TECHNICIAN required for February/March

16 hours per week - term time plus one week (INSET days)

Days and hours to be agreed with successful candidate

Salary range: H6 £22,550 to £24,723 (FTE)

Actual salary range: £8,304 to £9,104

We wish to appoint a Senior Science Technician to lead a team of four Science Technicians supporting eleven scientists.  You will co-ordinate the organisation, maintenance and ordering of equipment and resources, will have a good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and be experienced in the preparation of chemicals and other equipment for use in science lessons up to A-level.

SCIENCE TECHNICIAN required for February/March

Salary range: H4 £19,529 to £20,676 (FTE)

Actual salary range: £7,192 to £7,614

We are seeking to appoint an experienced laboratory technician to support eleven specialist scientists.  The role involves working as part of a team of four technicians to support teaching and learning by the management of the laboratory and the setting up of equipment and resources for daily teaching/examination practicals.
