City College Plymouth is a huge asset to the communities it serves including the 12,000 students it trains and develops annually, and the 600 talented staff who work in the College.

The College has one of the most successful records for achievement in the South West. The facilities, including our state of the art STEM Centre, support innovative growth in skills and education, provide jobs for the economy, and raises aspirations in people in the local area.

The College Board is seeking a Clerk for two days per week to support the development of governance at this exciting time in the college's future. City College values inclusion and diversity and welcomes applications from talented individuals who wish to work with the Chair of the Board and the new Principal to develop a longer term sustainable strategy to meet local and regional needs.

It is important that the post holder is experienced and can advise the board on a wide range of governance matters. A competitive salary accompanies this post, which is dependent on the successful candidate’s experience.
