The candidates will be expected to perform the following key tasks:

Complete initial Reasonable Grounds decisions on NRM referrals
Complete substantive Conclusive Grounds decisions;
Populate relevant spreadsheets and databases to accurately track potential victims of modern slavery;
Make relevant referrals to police/intelligence/Immigration Enforcement International and other internal/external bodies;

Deal with second stage requests and decisions relating to reconsideration requests and litigation challenges; and other ad hoc case preparation duties as and when required.

Successful candidates will be provided with full training and be supported through close mentoring by experienced members of the team.
