We are an award winning Microsoft Partner and we are seeking a talented Agile Project Manager to join our Application Development team.

You’ll enjoy client-facing activities, have a winning commercial and project management flair and enjoy managing a diverse range of projects from small Proof of Concept engagements to large-scale Infrastructure enterprise migrations. 

The Project Manager Role:

+ Primarily you will manage client engagements and take the role as primary delivery focal point for any implementation work carried out for a given customer. 
+ You will be responsible for the projects profitability, ensuring that resource is used efficiently to deliver the scope. 
+ You will participate in turning high level work package definitions into project and resource plans. The PM will attend on site customer workshops and will manage implementation resources delivering on design work carried out by the technical teams. 
+ You will provide regular reporting to customers of progress and maintain issues and risk registers for in flight projects. 

Project Manager Key Requirements:

+ Takes full responsibility for the project documentation, satisfactory completion of projects, and meeting firm deadlines. 
+ Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. 
+ Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate. 
+ Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. 
+ Manages the change control procedure. 
+ Ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets and are signed off. 
+ Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances. 
+ Is articulate and able to lead meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders at appropriate intervals, with necessary quality and quantity of communications. 
+ Accurate reporting at all points during the project lifecycle
