Brook Street is currently supporting a cluster of luxury hotels with their recruitment. All set within immaculately landscapes gardens, providing a 5* ambience. You will be working amongst large teams who deliver outstanding service to both new and repeat guests.
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist with strong administrative and customer service skills, who is well organised and guest service focused to join the busy team. You must have a five star smile! You will be paramount to the guest`s experiences throughout their stay, as your actions will determine their satisfaction levels.
Some of the day to day responsibilities will include:
- Guest check-in and rooming
- Enquiry handling via telephone and email
- Posting of charges and guest billing
- Taking bedroom reservations
- Upselling facilities and rooms
This is a full time permanent vacancy working 37 hours a week including some weekend shifts; shift times are 7am - 3pm OR 2pm - 10pm.
