Salary: GBP29,000
Specific responsibilities will include carrying out electrical installation condition reports, investigating and diagnosing faults on electrical systems and their associated components and carrying out maintenance and repairs to current IET standards and in accordance with a predetermined schedule.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have completed a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and have gained significant practical experience of installing and testing electrical equipment. Holding a City & Guilds 17th Edition Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent) is a prerequisite for this role.
Specific areas of competency we require are as follows:
•Fully completed recognised Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
•Fully completed City & Guilds 17th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS7671)
•Fully completed City & Guilds 17th Edition Inspection and Testing qualification (or equivalent qualification).
•Diligence and attention to detail when undertaking tasks
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
