About Us

You don’t have to be a miracle worker although that would be great. You don’t even need previous experience. Join us and you’ll benefit from an industry leading training and induction programme as well as one of the sector's most comprehensive teams of in-house specialists. All you need is to share our values and be as passionate as we are about enabling the people we support to achieve the extraordinary each and every day

The Role

Working in partnership with the people we support, their family, our specialist support teams and external agencies you'll provide extraordinary support that improves the quality of their everyday life. Working with the manager, deputy manager and other team members you'll implement professionally designed and person centred support plans that maximise choice, independence and the achievement of individual goals, however small or large, each and every day.  Your contribution to our mission, to encourage people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society, will be invaluable.

You’ll need to be patient and calm under pressure as well as sociable, caring and supportive but above all you’ll want to make a difference. You’ll seek new ways of working by thinking outside of the box and being creative with solutions and will take personal responsibility for the quality of care and support delivered to the people we support, striving to always do what is right by them.

So apart from transforming lives what’s in it for you? You’ll benefit from working with a team of passionate and skilled specialists, an outstanding induction and training programme with on-going development and the option to gain formal qualifications as well as the opportunity to progress your career in a sector that genuinely offers careers for life. In addition we also offer a range of benefits including flexible working options, long service and recognition awards, including increasing annual leave and bonus incentives and company pension and life assurance schemes. And we don’t expect you to take your work home with you at the end of the day, in fact, it’s illegal!
