Head of Fundraising

Head of Fundraising Eden Brown is working in partnership with a Charity in North London for a Head of Fundraising. You will be managing a team of 5 and managing various income streams. You will have experience of managing a team of fundraisers as well as working across different fundraising disciplines. Key responsibilities: - To develop and implement the organisation's fundraising strategy, maximising efficiency and the return on investment - To deliver robust, reliable and diverse income streams from individual donors, grant making trusts, corporate supporters, high net worth individuals etc - To develop and implement capital and revenue fundraising programmes which meet the needs of a growing organisation - To develop the relationship with the trustee board and maximise their support to the fundraising function. - To work closely with the Income & Market Development committee to maximise fundraised income About You: - A track record of confidently leading a fundraising team. - Proven ability to define, champion and deliver a consistent brand experience through a vibrant and coherent communications strategy. - Demonstrable learning agility. - Expertise in acquisition across multiple media channels - Strong creative vision ability to bring an originality of approach, design and engagement.
