Architect - Residential

Conrad Consulting is pleased to be working with a highly-regarded Architectural practice who are currently seeking to expand their award-winning residential division with the addition of a motivated Architect in their Hertfordshire office.
Prospective Architects must have a minimum of 2 years' UK experience working on a variety of UK based residential projects, from one-off-bespoke sustainable dwellings through to large-scale, high-end residential schemes up to 500 units.
Proficiency with AutoCAD will be essential for Architects to be considered. Those with the added ability to command Revit are highly desired, however in-house training will be provided on live projects.
The successful Architect will be required to hit the ground running on various high-value residential projects varying in scale, therefore they must have UK project experience within the residential sector and existing client facing skills. This is an ideal opportunity for Architects looking to seek ownership of projects from inception through to completion within a progressive practice.
Architect essential requirements
* ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
* Must have previous experience operating within the UK Residential sector
* Proficiency with AutoCAD. Revit is desirable
* Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
