Business Support Assistant – Level 3 Apprenticeship
Based at Loughborough Learning and Development Centre

30 hours per week – Monday to Friday

National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage dependent on age

You will provide accurate and efficient business administration support to the Learning and Development Team. You will be based at the Learning and Development Centre in Loughborough however, on occasion, it may be necessary to travel to other Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service sites within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

You will have the ability to work effectively in a flexible and responsive way, plan your own time and manage your own workload, ensuring that deadlines and time scales are met. Experience of working within a busy office environment is also essential.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. In addition, they must have personal integrity and the ability to demonstrate high personal standards and be willing to work as part of a team.

The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours a week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. You will also be required, on occasion, to work outside of usual working hours, this will include evenings and weekends.
