Night Receptionist (Hotel, Customer Service)
Our Client is looking for guest focused team players to join their friendly and close knit team.
They are passionate about looking after and hosting their guests in much the same way to the hospitality and welcome they would offer in their own homes. At Locke you will be responsible for ensuring that all of their guests receive a Locke-Loving Welcome and that their stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join them where you will be a key member of the night reception team, being their guests “go-to” from the moment they arrive and check in, through to their departure, helping them get the most from their stay.
Having a great knowledge of the local area, places to go and things to do would be great, but not essential as they will help train, develop and coach you to be the best Night Receptionist possible, in order that their guests have a memorable stay and come back another day.
If you have outstanding customer service skills and experience in a previous customer focused role, such as hospitality or retail, then they would love to hear from you! Previous experience working in a night receptionist role is also desired.
This role involves working 4 on 4 off, from 8pm until 8am – this includes weekends and bank holidays.
