Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to join the firm’s HR Department.
The main responsibility of this role will be to assist the Human Resources Manager to deliver a clear framework for the recruitment, management and training & development of all the firm’s personnel.
This position will be responsible for assisting/taking ownership of an in depth training and development programme for all staff members
Key duties will include, assisting in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, support the delivery of an in depth induction and training programme, ensure compliance with quality schemes such as Lexcel, maintain and update the firm’s personnel database.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential for this position together with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
This role is based in Lincoln but you will be expected to travel to other branches so you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
Salary is negotiable and will be dependant on experience.
