They have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join their team with the view that the successful candidate will develop into the company's HR Director, becoming part of their senior management team.
Reporting to the Finance & HR Director your responsibilities will include:-
-Managing a small HR team consisting of a HR Officer & HR Assistant. The position requires an assertive manager who knows how to motivate and develop people appropriately.
-Supporting the managers through organisational change including restructures and TUPE transfers.
-Proven experience of working in and managing a constantly changing environment.
-Looking at current policies in place and implementing the necessary improvements.
-Ability to implement and drive equality and diversity policies across the company.
-Managing organisational HR Health & Safety requirements.
-Manage complex employee relations issues.
-Work with the senior management team to drive the business forward, supporting the Finance & HR Director with strategic business plans.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need the following experience:-
-A strong background within HR with excellent man management skills.
-CIPD level 5 or above or qualified by extensive experience.
-Experience in improving current processes.
