We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in our CPD function that sits within the HR Department. The role is to be the first point of contact for training and development enquiries received by the HR team. The role will provide administrative support to the HR Manager. This will include processing CPD requests and maintaining CPD records; collating training programmes and coordinating the organisation of the Training & Development (CPD) days.

You will need to have English & Maths GCSE at grade C or above (4-9) and experience of working in a pressurised environment. You will be used to dealing with people, be diplomatic, calm under pressure and have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ideally you will have some previous experience of working in an FE environment but this is not essential.
