Conference & Special Events Coordinator

The National Space Centre is seeking a Conference & Special Events Coordinator who will be responsible for actively converting event enquiries into confirmed sales. You will also be responsible for small scale corporate events and special events which include private events, weddings, Valentines and Christmas bookings.
The candidate will be able to manage the event from conception to delivery, arranging all elements of the event exceeding customers’ expectations. We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You should be motivated by client satisfaction and enjoy the challenge of organising a variety of events. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile for our customers.
