Your will be responsible for:
" provide guidance and advice to customers
" follow up agreed resolutions to identified issues
" ensure customers issues are dealt with in an expedient manner
" ensure all calls are logged and progress maintained on call logging system
" assign data fixes to 3rd parties and ensure these are completed
" provide a system administrative function for applications
You must have Good communication skills, both oral and written. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
Previous experience of Service Desk roles required and if you have experience of Storm system this would be beneficial. You will be supported along in a team environment but you must have the inactive to work alone also. Full training will be provided to you
The role will be starting mid-January until potentially mid-April/May 2019 working 37 office hours a week. The role is based in the County Hall in Worcester, there is a large free car park on site and a bus stop that stops at the County Hall.
*Due to the nature of this position we will need to undertake a criminal record check which incurs a cost of £25, this is refunded to you once you have completed 6 weeks in the assignment**
