Brook Street are currently seeking Admin Officers to join a government client, based in Exeter.
The main duty of the role is to provide general administrative support to the office.
Duties of the role:
-Providing various office administrative duties to the immediate and when required wider team.
-Answering telephone queries and following up enquiries.
-Ensuring accurate records are kept and updated accordingly.
-Inputting data onto internal IT systems.
-Liaising with public with the public via email and telephone.
-Familiar use of Microsoft Office.
-Previous experience of working in an office environment.
-Good IT skills.
-Customer service focused.
This a full time position, 37 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Rate of pay is £8 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until March 2019.
