Mortgage and Protection Consultant - Capital Private Finance

Capital Private Finance is a UK financial services brand working specifically with premium estate agents including Hamptons International and John D Wood & co. These are subsidiaries of Countrywide plc, the UKs largest estate agency and property services group.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Consultant based in the Aldgate offices.

About the role

Due to planned expansion and growth, Capital Private Finance are now recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Consultant to cover the Central and South West London areas. Capital Private Finance is expanding extensively and so now may be the right time to take your career forward, within Countrywide - the UKs largest and award winning property service group.

Our consultants provide specialist advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. They are able to utilise bridging, commercial, development and other structures within their solutions and, due to the nature of its clients, the company has developed relationships with private banks and lenders not available to many other firms.

This is, of course, in addition to typical first charge mortgages from the high street and other specialist lenders.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• CeMap qualified
• Previous experience as a mortgage adviser
• Be able to demonstrate strong protection sales skills and knowledge
• Drive and enthusiasm
• The ability to build relationships at all levels
