Project Surveyor

Our client, based in South Wales, is currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor on a Permanent contract. Our client are a Housing Association who are focused on providing quality homes to the community by involving tenants in every step of their process.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant HND/HNC Construction qualification and hold a Full UK Driving License.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
Carrying out site Surveys on social housing properties
Utilising site survey information to prepare Tender Documents and assist in ensuring the most advantageous contractors are selected
Ensuring all work carried out on site is in line with relevant statutory requirements
Assisting in the allocation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring that all financial regulations are adhered to
Utilising project management skills such as Cash flow analyst and risk management to deliver desired outcomes
Communicating effectively with tenants to ensure all queries are dealt with in accordance with company policy

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Expertise required:
* A Full UK Drivers' License
* Social Housing Experience
