Accounts & Tax Team Member
GBP15,000 - GBP25,000 DOE
Our client are looking for an exceptional accounts and tax expert to join their fantastic team. However, they don't just want another bod, they want more than that!
Our client need someone who is:
* Straight talking, in plain English (big words don't impress them much)
* Great fun to work with
* Knows exactly why most accounting firms will fail in the next 10 years
* Doesn't hide from difficult conversations in a sometimes sensitive area
* Someone who realises that their clients' money is REAL - not just more numbers on a screen.
Could it be you?
More specifically, our client need someone who can:
* Prepare annual accounts for Ltd/LLP/Sole trade and Partnership businesses
* Prepare management accounts and VAT returns
* Prepare personal and business tax returns
* Deliver bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
* Manage workload to meet turnaround targets and deadlines
* Deliver exceptional client service to ensure a positive experience is received by clients
The successful Accounts & Tax Team Member will most likely have:
* 1-2 years' practice experience desirable
* Experience of using cloud accounting software packages
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Enthusiasm to meet turnaround targets and deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environments
