The Role: 

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll sell our world-class business improvement solutions, including our ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standard services, to a wide range of existing and new customers. 

Working with customers across a wide range of sectors, you will: 

- Approach existing and lapsed accounts and identify how our solutions can help them achieve their goals 
- Identify new business opportunities throughout your region 
- Continuously identify new revenue streams from existing accounts 
- Ensure that customers’ requests are fully understood 
- Build strong relationships internally to ensure you fully capitalise on key opportunities 

About You: 

To join us as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need: 

- B2B sales experience 
- Field sales experience 
- New business acquisition experience 
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 

Due to the travel requirements of this role, you’ll ideally be based in South Wales.
