Postgraduate Administrator (Part-time)

Grade 4: Starting salary £19,730 per annum (pro-rata)

This post represents an exciting opportunity for a keen individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s highly rated School of Medicine.

Working within a team of administrative staff you will be responsible for the day-to-day organising of postgraduate courses, in particular the School’s new Physician Associate programme.

Based in Keele Hall, you will have experience of successful team working and proven ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels, as you will deal with enquiries from, and liaise with, a wide range of people from within the University and external organisations.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics OR equivalent recent experience in a similar role.  You will also have ECDL/NVQ Level II Business Admin/CLAIT Plus/RSA Level II (or equivalent relevant experience).  You will be pro-active, confident and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Other essential criteria include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience of successful team working, of database usage, and of organising meetings and events.
