HR Business Partner
Fixed term for 6 months

They have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary 6 month fixed term contract where you will be based primarily at the Hull campus.
Within the role you will provide generalist HR services across the Group with a priority focus on the management of sickness related absence and performance management. You will also ensure that the Sickness Absence Policy and Procedure is managed across the Group.
They are looking for someone who has CIPD Level 5 or above, coupled with experience of working within a HR team or department. With proven experience of working with TU representatives and an up to date knowledge of employment legislation and case law, you will ideally have experience of advising managers and staff within an education environment.
Highly organised and with excellent communication skills, you will be decisive and able to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
