A leading global recruitment company are looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join their growing organisation.

As a core member of our friendly and effective Talent Team, you will focus on direct sourcing our open and upcoming positions for the whole company. As a team, we believe in offering a superb candidate experience for everyone that takes part in our hiring process.

The ideal candidate would be:

• 1-2 years' recruitment experience
• Skilled in all areas of recruiting including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation of compensation packages, and awareness of employment market trends
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
