We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in Greenfield near Oldham, easily commutable from Huddersfield, Rochdale and Manchester.

The Role 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll provide a high-quality, friendly service to our customers. 

Joining our high volume, fast-paced office, you will manage and resolve a range of customer queries in a timely manner.

You’ll build positive, sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication and ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded. 

About You

To join us as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need: 

- Previous customer service experience 
- Excellent MS Word and Excel skills 
- Great communication skills and a personable, professional telephone manner 
- The ability to work as part of a team
