Are you looking for a new challenge for 2019. Are you a Sales Assistant with experience in the luxury, fashion sector and the ability to speak Italian?
Our client is opening their first London store in March 2019. This is an exciting opportunity to join this luxury, Italian brand, as it launches its first boutique in Mayfair, London. Full-time and part-time opportunities are currently available within this new team.
The Sales Assistants in these stores will be well presented, passionate and confident individuals who demonstrate the same superior standards expected from this Italian, luxury brand. As an Italian speaking Sales Assistant, you will consistently provide customers with an exceptional customer service experience which exceeds the customer's needs by greeting, assisting, listening and demonstrating excellent brand and product knowledge.
You will receive a competitive basic salary, personal commission, bonuses and company uniform.
Profile
As a Sales Assistant at this store, you will provide the customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as demonstrating solid product knowledge in order to maximise sales opportunities. You will increase brand loyalty by communicating the culture of the brand and exhibiting a passion for fashion and luxury. You will ensure the customer is comfortable by acknowledging and adapting to different nationalities and personalities, taking into consideration both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that exceeds the customer's needs.
Ensure visual displays are maintained in line with company policies and procedures.
Update customer information according to company systems.
You should have the ability to cross and up-sell across all product categories.
Maintain appearance and grooming in line with company standards.
Have a natural passion for fashion.
Specific needs
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail companies.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store targets.
Deep passion and understanding of the fashion and luxury retail business.
You must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to adapt to a variety of customers.
You should have strong communication skills and MUST be fluent in English.
You should have exceptional grooming standards and these should remain in line with company standards.
Italian language is ESSENTIAL to this role.
