We are looking for dynamic and committed HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 Tramper Drivers, to work at our customers' sites in Frating Green, Colchester. We offer market leading rates of pay as well as an opportunity to undergo further training and development.
Duties will be the transportation of palletised goods across the UK, staying out (Tramping) for 4-5 nights per week, while working in a professional manner at all times.
our main responsibilities as a HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 Tramper Driver include:
• maintain excellent levels customer service
• ensure accurate and timely communication with the Transport team
• deliver goods in a timely and professional manner
• operate within current driving and working time legislation
• ensure good self-presentation
• help maintain a safe working environment in line with H&S Act 1974
The successful HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 Tramper drivers will have the following:
• Recent experience as a Driver
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DR, DD or IN codes)
• Possess a Digital Tachograph card and Drivers CPC Card
• Have a full understanding of tachograph legislation
• Ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
