Compliance Caretaker

Sanctuary House Wood Green, London

GBP19,998 per annum (rising to GBP21,050 after 12 months service, subject to satisfactory performance)

40 hours per week

We are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Caretaker within the Estate Services team based in Wood Green. Covering London, you will be responsible for delivering high standard caretaking and compliance testing services across the region.

The role of Caretaker will include:

  • Undertaking general caretaking duties including, compliance testing, cleaning of communal areas, removal of bulk waste, basic repairs and grounds maintenance
  • Completing all paperwork associated with works undertaken
  • Identifying potential faults, ensuring they are reported and monitored
  • Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a suitable condition

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience of carrying out compliance testing and associated tasks is desirable
  • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety is desirable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements
  • A company van will be provided for business use only, therefore a full, current driving licence is essential
