Ancillary Cleaner - Ashton Under Lyne

The Best Connection Group Stockport are recruiting an Ancillary Equipment Cleaner for our well respected in Ashton Under Lyne.

The Main Purpose of the role:

* To strip & clean ancillary equipment for SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) changeover in Compression in Buddy role.

* To clean IBC's, buckets, pallets , drums & lids.

* To ensure the Granulation, Compression, Coating and Packaging Work Areas have the necessary materials provided or removed to allow the manufacture of products when required.

Duties :

• To strip clean & set ancillary equipment for the SMED changeovers.

  • To wash ancillary equipment.
  • To carry out all relevant documentation and checks e.g. clean equipment labels, bay and equipment logs
  • Clean down, changeover and set up for SMED
  • To wash IBC's for manufacture.
  • To wash buckets, pallets, drums & lids for the work areas.
  • To wash dryer bags and sleeves for Granulation & Compression.
  • To clean the production areas and equipment when required.
  • To complete clean equipment labels when procedures require.
  • To porter for all production Work Areas.

Successful Applicants have a good level of numeracy & literacy and have a strong checkable work history.

This contract is intially for 6-12 months but to be reviewed regards an extension/Perm job role.
