Our client are a leading provider of Building Services & Facilities Management. They are looking to recruit a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team covering the M3 corridor and Hampshire areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Reactive Maintenance, Servicing and small Install project work on a variety of air conditioning plant & equipment in client buildings & premises.
Role Summary:
Reactive maintenance duties & responsibilities across client sites within set response times.
Fault finding issues & breakdowns on air conditioning components & HVAC systems
Minor project work i.e. small AC Installations within your designated region.
Undertake the co-ordination of works carried out by specialist and/or sub-contractors.
Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, especially in the areas of technical awareness or experience.
Regular liaison with the Helpdesk ensuring they are kept fully up to date.
Regular liaison with your Field Team, your respective supervisor and relevant Regional Operations Manager.
Regularly update work order database and other key administrative duties.
Plan and carry out work in a safe, cost effective manner in line with our customer's business procedures.
To be aware and observe any opportunity i.e. new products, improved working methods to reduce costs and improve standards
Experience Required:
M&E experience within the Building Services industry in one or more of the following areas:
Experience in maintenance of commercial buildings
Experience in maintenance of Split 4 way Air Conditioning units
Experience in Maintenance of Chillers
F Gas qualified
