They appreciate good values and offer their customers, honest, reliable and trustworthy service. Now looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team in Sevenoaks.

As the Assistant Manager you will be charged with leading a team who are ambassadors of the brand. Living and breathing the core values and vision to provide the highest level of customer service, in order to drive store targets and KPI's. You will also be responsible in building up strong customer relationships who will return to you time and time again.
YOU MUST HAVE:
•Experienced in managing a team.
•Driving targets and KPI's.
•Experience in leading and coaching a team.
•Performance managing under performers.
•Commercial awareness.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
•An energetic and passionate approach about delivering outstanding customer experience.
•A fashionista with a desire to help clients find that perfect shoe.
•A drive and determination to achieve sales and KPI's.
•Your ability to live and breathe the company's core values and visions.
•Confident with an infectious approach building a client base.
•Energetic, outgoing and friendly.
