Technical Coordinator
We are recruiting on behalf of a volume housebuilder based in Surrey. They are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to oversee all technical aspects on residential schemes across the company's patch.
The projects are a mix of traditional build housing and low-rise apartment schemes. The role will be of a typical residential development Technical Coordinator and involve appointing and managing external consultants, checking drawings and answering site questions as they arise.
Package details are as follows:
* GBP45,000 Basic
* Car/Car allowance
* Pension Scheme
* Bonus structure
Candidates will need to have worked for:
* A housebuilder as a Technical Coordinator, Civil Engineer or Architectural Technician
* A contractor that builds residential projects as a Design Coordinator
* An architectural practice as a Project Architect and have managed external consultants.
* An engineering consultancy as a Civil Engineer or Design Engineer (highways & drainage)
