Becoming a Resourcing Team Manager with Capita Remediation Services:
We are looking for a Resourcing Team Manager to lead and develop recruitment related activity, ensuring the highest quality candidates are deployed into the business. You will do this by Inspiring a team of Resourcing Advisors and an Administrator to deliver an excellent recruitment service across the business. Creating a bespoke recruitment solution in partnership with suppliers and the hiring community.
What you will do:
•Day to day line management and coaching of up to 10 direct reports, ensuring workloads are fairly distributed and executed to an excellent standard
•Take an active role as the delivery lead for new projects or implementations, or as required by business needs, ensuring all recruitment related activity is delivered in line with agreed plans
•Keep abreast of external market knowledge to provide subject matter expertise relating to recruitment activity, both within the team and to the wider business
•Develop and implement cost-effective direct sourcing strategies for a range of recruitment types, roles and volumes (employed and contingent workers)
•Ensure a strong candidate pipeline is maintained and readily engaged to ensure CRS is well placed to expand
•Develop and implement appropriate measurements and methodologies for managing and reporting recruitment performance
•Advise and support the team and hiring community with effective pre-screening and assessment methods, creating and reviewing materials as required
•Drive internal and external supplier delivery through maintaining strong relationships and joint commitment to meeting agreed SLAs
•Provide hands on support to the team and hiring community as determined by fluctuating business needs, including direct sourcing, project management and assessment/interviewing
•Ensure screening and vetting standards are completed to the highest standard through effective supplier management and by maintaining expert knowledge of the requirements
Your experience will include:
•An experienced and successful Recruitment or Resourcing Manager
•Experience of working within or leading an internal/in-house resourcing or recruitment team or HR function
•Experienced in managing permanent and contingent recruitment
•A good understanding of effective direct sourcing methods
•Customer focused with a proven track record of delivering a first class recruitment service
•Able to analyse data, problem solve at an advanced level and make decisions confidently
•Have meticulous attention to detail and be highly organised.
•Used to working with MI and large amounts of data.
•Able to prioritise, manage own work loads and work in an autonomous but structured environment.
•Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and client relationship management skills
•Advanced proficiency within Microsoft office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•A good understanding of relevant legislation, e.g. employment law, data protection
