Chef Beccles
We are seeking a Head Chef for our New Residential Care Home in Beccles. To work in a modern kitchen using the most up to date equipment such as Rational ovens every Chefs dream!
We are looking for a someone who is passionate about their role as a chef, who feels they can make a difference in the quality of food they produce and serve to our residents. Working alongside other members of the team to plan and provide special occasion foods for our residents and familys to enjoy.
You will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, to ensure that all special dietary and different textured food needs are met.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, food ordering and storage as well as complying to regulatory bodies.
