The Commercial Property Officer is responsible for garage, leaseholder, land and the commercial portfolio, ensuring they are managed in line with statutory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

You will manage and maintain all aspects of the garage site portfolio, including lettings, voids, customer queries and strategy.

If you have recent experience in the sector, understand the legislation, and can create business-focused solutions, we want to hear from you!
